◆项目名称：豆制品加工项目
◆项目内容：用无污染的洛河两岸山泉水和高品质大豆加工而成的洛南豆腐，历史悠久，口味鲜美，尤以筋道、嫩滑著称，曾被清乾隆皇帝钦点为御膳贡品。目前全县取得生产许可证的豆制品加工企业10多家，豆腐小作坊1500余家，年产豆腐1万吨左右，豆腐干6000吨左右，从业人员2000多人，主要销往半径100多公里的周边市县，年产值达1.2亿元左右。有品质无品牌、有规模无档次、有销量效益低的状况制约着产业发展壮大。为了挖掘洛南豆腐文化，提升洛南豆腐知名度和影响力，现拟招引全国知名企业共同开发豆制品系列产品。

◆Project: Soy Products Processing Project
◆Introduction: Luonan tofu, made of pollution-free mountain spring water along both sides of Luohe River, as well as high quality soy. It is well known for its long history, delicious taste, especially chewier and delicate slippery, which has been appointed as the imperial cuisine tributes by emperor Qianlong in Qing dynasty. So far, there are more than 10 soy products processing enterprises officially permitted in the county, and over 1,500 individual workshops, producing about 10,000 tons of tofu, 6,000 tons of torfu, having personnel of more than 2,000. Tofu are mainly sold to nearby cities and counties at the radius of more than 100 km, with the annual output value of about 120 million Yuan. It has a good quality while no brand; having scales yet no level, consequently, the low sales benefit condition restricts the industry to grow. In order to dig the tofu culture of Luonan, and promote its popularity and influence, now we are planning to attract well-known enterprises to jointly develop series of soy products.
