◆Introduction: The project locates at Taochuan Community of Chengguan Town. As it situates at the crossing of Jiangbin Avenue, Hebin East Road and No. 344 State Road, it is a comprehensive development project integrating shantytown innovation, south Shaanxi immigrant resettlement, logistics and passenger transport. The project covers an area of 100 mu, in which 3 residential groups and 133 houses (29,072 m²) are involved. The project plans to resettle 3,000 people from 788 households, and build 19 7-floor buildings with elevators and 3 9-floor buildings with elevators, having the total construction area of 101,377 m². In these buildings, the buildings for resettlement cover an area of 87,516 m², shopping space 11,281 m², kindergarten 2,049 m²and the supporting facilities 531 m². Meanwhile, the land of some 30 mu will be left for building East Bus Station. Facilities like community hospital and service center will also be built. ◆Project: Huayin to Luonan Part of YuShang Expressway Project
◆Introduction: The proposed Huayin to Luonan Expressway is an important component of Yushang Expressway. Connecting Weizhuang in the north to Luofu Expressway, this part is a further extension line of Yushang Line to the south, as well as an important section of Yushang Expressway crossing the natural barrier-Qinling Mountains. Starting from east of Yuemiao in Huayin city, the route connects Lianhuo Line of national expressway, going eastward through southwest of Tongguan County, then to the south passing through the border of Tonguan and Luonan County and the Qinling Mountains to Luonan, and connects the Shangluo part of Yushang Line, achieving the connectivity with Shanghai to Shaanxi Expressway. With the whole length of 90.8 km, and the width of roadbed of 24.5 m, it is designed to be a four-lane expressway, with the designed speed of 80 km/h.

◆Project: Trunk Road Project from Lantian Bayuan to Shangluo Luohe New Industrial Park
◆Introduction: It covers a distance of 45.2 km, in which the road from Lantian county boundary to Bao'an is 25.2 km in length. This section has been approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the working drawing design has been assessed by Shaanxi Road Bureau. The section from Bao'an to Jianjiao Luo River Bridge is 20 km in length, and its feasibility report has been concluded and reported to the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission for approval. The road in the project will be designed as per Grade II Road Criteria with the designed speed of 40 km/h, the subgrade width of 8.5-10 m, and the design load of Grade II. Bituminous concretes and cement concretes will be used for building the road. The project will be concluded in two years.
