◆项目内容：洛南位于华山之阳，华山南区是指洛南境内以巡检镇为中心向外辐射70平方公里的片区。开发内容主要为“上华”、“观华”、“避暑”、“观光”四个方面。总体规划为“一心一带三区”，即以巡检镇老君山旅游风景区为核心，建设秦岭南麓百里生态旅游带和老君山道教文化风景区、华严寺佛教文化朝觐区、华阳登华体验区和相关的休闲避暑景区。主要子项目包括：华山国际度假俱乐部、秦岭国际文化会展中心、华阳避暑行宫、乡村星级酒店、中国太极真功夫培训基地、国际时尚先锋养生居、华夏五行花木养生园、华山最美水上盆景园、国际生态牧场等项目。该项目已委托北京大地旅游风景规划设计院完成了《华山南区旅游风景区概念性规划》和《可行性研究报告》。作为华山南区重要组成部分的老君山旅游风景区已完成一期工程建设，于 2011年九•九重阳节对外开放，其它子项目正在招商中。

◆Project: Tourism Development Project of Southern Area of Huashan Mountain
◆Details: Luonan County is located in the south of the Huashan Mountain, the southern area of Huashan Mountain refers to the area of which Xunjian town is the center, having a total area of 70km². The main functions of this development project are climbing, visiting, summer resorting and sightseeing. The overall plan includes “one center, one belt and three regions”, with Xunjian Laojunshan Mountain tourism spot as its core. It aims to build a one-hundred-mile eco-tourism belt in the south of Qinling Mountains and Laojunshan Taoism Cultural Landscape, Huayan Temple Buddhism Pilgrimage Area, experiencing Huashan-Mountain-climbing from Huayang and associated places for resort and leisure.Main subitems include: Huashan Mountain International Holiday Club, Qinling Mountains International Cultural Convention Centre, Huayang Summer Resort, Countryside Starred Hotel, Chinese Taichi Kung Fu Training Centre, International Fashion Pioneer Healthy House, Chinese Five Elements Healthy Garden, the most beautiful Water Bonsai Garden of Huashan Mountain, the International eco-ranch, etc. This project had been entrusted to Beijing Earth Tourism Landscape Planning and Design Institute, which have completed ‘Conceptual Planning to Tourist Scenic Spot of the Southern area of Huashan Mountain’ and ‘Feasibility study report’. The first phase of construction of Tourism Scenic Area of Laojunshan Mountain, which is considered as an important component of Southern Area of Huashan   Mountain, has been completed. And it opened for business on Sep. 9th, 2011 in Chinese Lunar Calendar. Other sub-projects are in the process of investment promotion.

◆Project：Luonan Huashilang Water City Project
◆Details: This project will take the intersection area of three rivers as its center, including the county river in eastern suburban, Luohe River, and Huanglonghe River, having a planned area of 2 km² in which the core area is 0.7km². The main construction includes: firstly, infrastructure, consists of 12-meter wide ring roads along mountains, roads along island, bridge across the river, stair-cascade reservoir dam, Huashilang ape-man site museum, starred hotel and Business Street. Secondly, tourism facilities, which include Luoshen Pavilion, Taohuazhong Theme Park, Overwater Entertainment Facilities, Happy Farms, Pavilion, Gazebo, a Scenic Building, Tower and other many Landscapes; last but not least, areas of 1500 mu (1 km²) which are Service Area of Yu-shang highway, Logistics Service Area and resettlement community .

◆项目内容：云蒙山，又称“书堂山”，系秦岭支脉，位于县城以北15公里处的麻坪镇境内，海拔1800多米，因山势独迥，奇石巍峨，时有烟雾弥漫，青云缭绕，笼罩山头而得名。天气晴朗时，站在山巅北眺，秦岭群峰如翠屏环列，芙蓉插云，西岳华山清晰可见，故有“云蒙观华”之说。初春季节，山上大雪弥漫，千峰万树，一片皆白，山下却是桃花盛开，春色迷人，古有“书堂雪花”之称。现拟依托佛教、生态及文化资源，在云蒙山40平方公里范围内，恢复明代佛教寺院，建设入口观光区（棂星门、龙王庙、大石刻、娘娘庙）、田园风光区（黄泥台、槐树林）、管理接待区（宾馆、餐厅、商店、办公楼、停车场）、宗教活动区、森林旅游区等五大功能区。主要开发建设内容概括为32个景点、54座庙宇、2座观光塔及72洞穴。

◆Details: Yunmeng Mountain, also known as Shutang Mountain, is one branch range of Qinling Mountains. It is located in Maping town, 15 km north of the county. With the elevation of more than 1800 meters, the mountain gets the name for its distinct shape, towering stones, as well as the unique scene of thick clouds and fogs covering the mountains. Standing on the top of the mountain in good weather, the Qinling peaks come into view from north like a green screen. The view is also described as a lotus in the cloud. Since the Mountain Hua is also clearly visible, there is an old saying that standing on Yumeng Mountain and enjoying the sight of Mountain Hua. In early spring, the mountain is covered by big snow. The peaks and trees are all in white. However the foot of the mountain is filled with peach blossom. The whole charming spring scenery is called snowflake in Shutang Mountain in ancient time. It is planned to rely  on the local Buddhism, ecological and cultural resources of the 40km² Yunmengshan area  to restore five functional zones including Ming Dynasty Buddhist temple, the entrance tourist area (Lingxing Gate, Dragon King Temple, Grand Carved Stone, and Goddess Temple), the idyllic scenery area (yellow   mud platform and locust tree forest), the management reception area (hotels, restaurants, shops, office buildings, parking lots), religious activities area, forest tourist area. The main construction project includes 32 attractions, 54 temples, two towers and 72 caves.

◆Details: the project area is located in Maping town of Luonan, 15km away from the county, the central areas are Gushan village, Huaishuping village, and Yunmengshan village, with the core area of two km² . It takes advantages of major tourism elements, such as the “summer recreation” natural landscape with ecological climate, the historical culture resources of the plot “Chen Xiang formally acknowledging master on Yunmengshan Mountain” in the myth of "Saving Mother from Mountain", and one of the eight natural sights “viewing Huashan Mountain from Yunmeng Mountain”, etc. Relying on the advantage   of Huashan Mountain, the "Slow City" in this district will be developed into quality tourism project - "Huashan Summer City". On the basis of "one core, three major parts, three major theme parks" functional layout，it is proposed to construct sports park, hakka folk custom park, children's park, water world, agricultural sightseeing garden, fishing park, picking garden, etc. The early stage of the major construction mainly contains: Entering-road broadening, parking lots, service area, river-crossing Mountain gate, cascade reservoir dam, artificial waterfalls, happy farms and supporting tourist service facilities, etc.

◆项目内容：该项目涵括古城、寺坡、三要及高耀等四个镇域，规划总面积约360平方公里，主要由文显山景区、瓮沟河景区及乾江河滨水景观构成。文显山景区主脊海拔1709米，有“文显翠屏”之名，是洛南八景之一；瓮沟景区内六个石瓮呈“品字”排列，自然天成，素描如画；秦时四皓避乱结茅，偕隐于此，景区具有深厚的生态文化旅游潜质。现拟结合文化、娱乐、休闲、养生及度假等多种产业功能进行综合开发。围绕“一山一关一水一洞”建设包括文显山道教朝觐、瓮沟水上观光、登山体验、红色旅游为一体的综合旅游目的地。前期主要建设景区大山门一座、文翠宫（玉皇殿、石佛寺）等建筑集群一处、人工瀑布6处、旅游观光步道10公里，修建瓮沟峡谷栈道20公里、人工湖3处、旅游接待中心一处、停车场一处、五星级酒店一处，并配套其它旅游基础设施若干。目前项目已完成立项和初规，正在办理用地及环评等相关手续。

◆Project: LuoNan Tourism Scenic Spot Development Project of Wenxianshan Mountain
◆Details: Having a total planned area of 360 km2 and including four towns, which are Gucheng, Sipo, Sanyao and Gaoyao, this project mainly consists of Wenxianshan Mountain Scenic Spot, Wenggouhe   River Scenic Spot and Qianjianghe Waterfront Landscape. The main ridge altitude of Wenxianshan Mountain Scenic Spot is 1,709 meters. This Scenic Spot is called as ‘Wenxian Green Screen’ and is one of the eight Scenic Spots in Luonan County. Wenggouhe River Scenic Spot that has six urns arranging in triangle shape, which is formed naturally and is as beautiful as drawing in pictures; the four saints   (known as Sihao) in Qin dynasty hided here avoid wars, so it has profound potential of ecotourism Culture. It is now being planned to combine culture, entertainment, leisure, regimen, vocation and other various industrial functions to develop this project comprehensively. Centering on ‘One Mountain, One Barrier, One Water, One Cave’, it is being planned to build comprehensive tourism destination, which includes Taoism Pilgrimage of Wenxianshan Mountain, Overwater Urn Ditch Sightseeing, Climbing Experiencing   and Red Tourism. It will be mainly constructed a Great Mountain Gate of this Scenic Spot, Wencui Palaces (including Jade Emperor Temple, and Stone Buddhist Temple) and other Building Cluster, six Artificial Waterfalls, 10 km of Tourists’ trails, 20 km of Trestle Roads in Cliffs along Urn Ditch Canyon, Three Artificial Lakes, a Tourist Reception Center, a Car Park, a five-star Hotel, and several other supporting tourism infrastructures in early stage. At present, the project has been completed with the Approval of Project Plan, and Preliminary Planning, is being dealt with land usage, environmental assessment and other related formalities.

◆Details: Jiulong Mountain Scenic Spot of Luonan County is located in Mountain Dui. The temple fairs on March 3rd, and September 9th can be traced back to Ming and Qing Dynasties. At that time, the three mountains and eight temples were crowded with people and vehicles. This custom has been extended to the eve of liberation. Adhering to the essence of making the past serving the present and bringing forth the fresh innovation, as well as taking the opportunity of people enjoying holiday trips, it is planned to assemble the Luonan folk culture essence, to integrate the special natural resources, to improve basic service facilities, and to establish Jiulong Mountain Scenic Spot. According to the overall tourism planning of the county, on the basis of Dui Mountain Temple Fair area, it is planned to build Jiulong Mountain farmhouse tourism service areas, so as to develop 100 farmhouses as tourist householders, with   reception capability of 1,000 people per day.

◆Project: Luonan Tourism Development Project of Buddha Mountain Red Leaves Scenic Area
◆Details: Buddha Mountain Red Leaves Scenic Area is located in Si’er Town, Luonan, Shaanxi. It connects Lingbao City in Henan Province in the east and Tongguan County in Shaanxi Province in the north. It is an important component of south part of Huashan Mountain Tourism Development District. With an elevation of 1988.8 meters, the Buddha Mountain owns overlapping peaks and towering trees, attracting good attendance of a great number of pilgrims flock. Relying on its unique landscape, red leaves, Buddhist temples and other ecological and cultural resources, it is planned to build a scenic area for sightseeing the Buddha Mountain red leaves, visiting the mountains, as well as leisure and Buddhist pilgrimage tourism. The main construction of the project includes 20km scenic walks, 3,000m2 Buddhist temple buildings, six ornamental pavilions, a number of viewing platforms, 2,000 m² Buddhist Temple buildings, a parking place for 300 vehicles, one Buddhism Torii in the mountain gate, a 1000 km² Buddhist Lotus Pond, a tourist reception center, as well as a number of landscape items on the mountain.
